What we do
Installation, rental and retail
Dan’s Audio works across three areas. Most customers come to us for one of them and end up using two – a hire that becomes a permanent installation, or an installed system that gets extended later. Because it is the same team throughout, the equipment and the wiring stay consistent.
01 / What we do
Installation
Permanent sound systems for halls, meeting rooms, clubs, gyms and commercial premises.
We handle the whole job: working out what the room needs, supplying the equipment, mounting and cabling it, building the rack and commissioning the system so it is tested and working before we leave. Our installation work covers government and institutional halls, conference and boardroom systems, club lounges and fitness venues.

02 / What we do
Rental
Sound equipment hire for events, functions and one-off productions.
If you need a system for a single event rather than a permanent installation, we hire out speakers, subwoofers, mixers, amplifiers and wireless microphones. Delivery, setup and collection can be included so the equipment arrives ready to use and is cleared away afterwards.

03 / What we do
Retail
Supply of professional audio equipment for customers running their own systems.
We also supply equipment outright. If you have your own technical team, or you are extending a system already in place, we can advise on what will work with what you have and supply it – from a single replacement speaker to a full conference microphone system.

Tell us about the room
Send us the venue, what the space is used for, roughly how many people it holds, and whether you are after an installation, a hire or a purchase.

Site visit and specification
For installations we look at the room, then come back with a specification and an itemised quotation so you can see exactly what is included.

Supply and installation
We deliver the equipment, mount and cable it, build the rack and set the system up. For hires we deliver and set up on site instead.

Commissioning and handover
The system is tested and tuned to the room, and we show your staff how to run it before we hand over. For hires we return to collect at the agreed time.
